Mermaid 1 is the pride of the Mermaid fleet offering 5 star liveaboard diving all year around.
From November to April Mermaid 1 runs 9 day liveaboard safaris in Burma's mysterious Mergui archipelago north of Thailand with 2 special Andaman island safaris to India.
From May to October you will find us in the Lesser Sunda islands in Indonesia running 9 day explorer safaris from the beautiful island of Bali to Komodo island offering you the chance Relaxing on Mermaid1's sundeck

to walk with the legendary Komodo dragons.
MV Mermaid1 was constructed in Bangkok in 1999 by a professional team of highly experienced boat constructers. Upon her launch she became the flagship of our fleet complete with IMO certification. M/V Mermaid1 is a 28 metre, double engine steel motor yacht that comfortably hosts 15 divers. In the past years she has been modified and improved to comply with our diver’s wishes and suggestions to provide arguably one of the finest liveaboard cruising experiences in the area. - Special offers

The luxurious The saloon on Mermaid I MV Mermaid 1 offers you all the amenities you can dream of, all 8 cabins are fully air-conditioned with d The party deck on MermaidI uvets on the beds and equipped with TV & DVD player, single, twin or double bed, a large wardrobe, plenty of storage room and an en-suite bath room with hot water shower, toilet and sink. We also provide fresh bath towels daily, beach towels, bathrobes, hair-dryers, towels, soap and shampoo for your comfort and to make this your home away from home. She comfortably holds 15 guests in 1 Master State Room (king bed), 1 Single and 4 Deluxe Cabins (double or twin beds) and 2 Budget Cabins (double/twin beds) below deck. The master, single and deluxe cabins have ensuite bathrooms, duvets, refrigerator Relaxing on Mermaid1's sundeck s and panoramic sea view windows. The budget cabins are below decks with ensuite bathroom and refrigerator. All cabins have TVs so you can review your pictures, DVD access, bathrobes , toiletries and loads of fluffy towels. There is a wide stern dive platform with two exit ladders and fresh water showers. 4 Master Cabin on Mermaid I camera rinse tanks and large camera table that will please all the photographers amongst you. Delicious Thai and western meals are served in our "Sawasdee Restaurant" with large windows to enjoy the views. Our new barbeques are also a great hit! After meals relax in our saloon equipped with TV/DVD and music center and library with a full selection of marine life books. There are two outside decks, one shaded with outside seating and the fabulous sundeck with sunshade plus cushioned sun beds a great place to relax.
