NOTICE:
As of June 2008 Mermaid liveaboards have instigated a fuel surcharge payement due to the 40% increase in fuel prices in the last year.
The surcharge is based on the current price of diesel on the day of departure to allow for any further fluctuations.
As of 1st October 2008 the price is below the 35 baht threshhold for Burma and Thailand 2008/9 so there is no surcharge at this time.
